TRAINING

Why XX Matters - DEI consultancy firm helping our clients achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations.

Why XX Matters offers interactive, thought-provoking workshops that enable today’s workforce to better understand, address, and internalize tough DEI issues. They are designed to empower our clients at every level of the organization to express themselves, listen, and generally facilitate an open and honest dialogue.

What works for A might not for B. So, before we even start a workshop with you, we will have a pre-workshop session with the main aim of assessing the underlying issues and how we can configure the workshop to meet your desired outcomes.

We are cognizant of the terms we used during our workshops to ensure that the training is inclusive and does not evoke unnecessary sentiments. We thoroughly address terms and beliefs that suggest that one race or sex is inferior to others without being confrontational about it or sparking unwanted reactions.

The workshops are well-rounded. Rather than pointing out that a particular set of people are privileged groups, participants will understand that biases are a common phenomenon in the workplace. After all, we all come from different backgrounds, but what’s more important is how we react to such biases and how we treat fellow humans with honor and respect.

Another issue we focus on (based on your need) is workplace conflicts. We can equip participants on how to address conflict to curb resentiment, discrimination, and inequity. Attendees will be able to strive for more harmony and respect.

This is not the totality of our DEI curriculum. We address issues based on need and applicability.
Let’s help you build a workplace where DEI culture is dominant.
