…..many organizations still neglect it to their detriment. Some are not consistent in their efforts towards it. In fact, as many as 57 percent of employees believe their companies should improve diversity among the internal workforce, as a Deloitte survey reported.
Maybe because of ignorance of its benefits, they feel the concept is too theoretical, and the results are too hard to measure, or they see it as a distraction to their business activities. These reasons are too flimsy to miss out on.
