Ingrid Jacobs, an accomplished Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, has two decades of experience spanning finance, manufacturing, and real estate. Her expertise lies in HR and sustainability leadership, driving cultural shifts, and nurturing diversity. Notably, at Whirlpool Corporation, she increased membership in 6 ERGs by 17%, initiated a Supplier Diversity program, and exceeded AAP/EEO compliance standards through strategic analyses.
In addition, while at Raytheon, Ingrid enhanced the employee survey DEI rating to 90% while ensuring OFCCP compliance. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business from The Ohio State University, Ingrid is dedicated to both human and organizational growth.
